Oh yeah - several of those Olympic Hockey players were from 'da Range in Northern Minnesota. I watched them play High School Hockey when I was a kid. The Baker family (Bill Baker of this team) went the church where I grew up. The Sermon that following Sunday included references to this miracle game. Our school had an assembly where several members of the team spoke to us after the Olympics. Hard to believe that it was 30 years ago. And tragic that Herb Brooks, one of the best coaches in the Hockey business died tragically a few years ago in a car accident.
