It appeared in a slightly different version in the Sunday op/ed section of the Dallas Morning News yesterday with the title "Bring Back the 40-hr workweek"

I was intrigued by the info about how the passionate Silicon Valley "geek" became the model of the ideal worker via Peters.

I'm guessing that this is about the time that the Buechner definition of vocation with it's focus on passion began to shape the Christian conversation on work. Not sure what that means but it is intriguing.
