Thanks for the link, Sam. I don't have the time at the moment to give this much attention. Just giving a quick look at the Demos site I'm not sure I'd agree with all their premises, but I'd really need to unpack what they are recommending. I understand them to promoting a progressive plank of policies. I'm not generally sympathetic with Progressivist public policy. From what I've read, I like the Bowles and Simpson plan.
